Job Title: Instructional Designer - Integrated Change, Marketing
Location: Westlake, TX / Austin, TX / Lone Tree, CO (4 days onsite/week, 1 day remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Type: Full-time, Contract
Role Summary
This contractor is a versatile contributor who supports change initiatives end to end—helping execute change management activities, develop communications, and marketing videos. Create or coordinate training materials as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Support change managers across multiple initiatives with:
Change impact documentation
Stakeholder and readiness inputs
Draft and coordinate communications (emails, FAQs, leader toolkits, presentations)
Develop or update training materials and job aids tied to change impacts
Help connect change, communications, and training plans into a cohesive experience
Support content tracking, versioning, and delivery coordination
Flex across priorities based on program needs and delivery timelines
Required Experience & Skills -
Marketing collateral and Video content development
3–5 years of experience across change management, communications, and/or training
Experience with e learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or LMS platforms
Strong written and visual communication skills
Ability to translate complex changes into clear messages and learning content
Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and priorities
High attention to detail with a strong execution mindset
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting enterprise or technology transformations
Familiarity with change frameworks and learning design concepts
