We are looking for a highly organized and skilled professional with a passion for clear communication and effective change.

Responsibilities

Support change managers across multiple initiatives by documenting change impacts and providing valuable stakeholder and readiness inputs.

Draft and coordinate essential communications, including emails, FAQs, leader toolkits, and presentations, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.

Develop or update training materials and job aids, directly tying them to change impacts to facilitate effective learning and adoption.

Help connect change, communications, and training plans into a cohesive and impactful experience for all stakeholders.

Support content tracking, versioning, and delivery coordination, maintaining high standards of organization and accessibility.

Flex across priorities based on program needs and delivery timelines, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to project success.

Qualifications

Marketing collateral and Video content development

3–5 years of experience across change management, communications, and/or training.

Strong written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.

Ability to translate complex changes into clear messages and engaging learning content.

Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and priorities, managing time effectively.

High attention to detail with a strong execution mindset, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Nice to Have

Prior experience supporting enterprise or technology transformations.

Familiarity with change frameworks and learning design concepts.
