Our firm is partnering with a large, enterprise‑scale organization in the retail and consumer services industry to support a critical data transformation initiative. This role focuses on driving enterprise‑wide change and communication efforts tied to data strategy, analytics, governance, and emerging AI capabilities. The consultant will work at the intersection of strategy and execution to ensure complex initiatives are clearly communicated, broadly understood, and delivering measurable business value.
Job Description
The Organizational Change Consultant | Enterprise GenAI will support both strategy development and hands‑on execution of an enterprise data change and communication program. The role is responsible for shaping how data strategy is communicated, adopted, and embedded across the organization, from executive leadership to operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Change & Communication Strategy
Develop and maintain an enterprise‑wide data strategy communication and engagement plan
Define clear, consistent messaging tailored to diverse enterprise audiences and personas
Support executive storytelling and strategic communications by highlighting outcomes, progress, and value delivered
Conduct impact and readiness assessments, including maturity framework development and evaluation
Enterprise Engagement & Communication Routines
Produce recurring communications such as a data strategy newsletter highlighting wins, platform releases, demos, and delivered value
Coordinate demos and showcase programs to highlight new data, analytics, and platform capabilities
Support executive and leadership communications, including updates for senior leadership forums and enterprise leadership meetings
Enable leaders to support change, manage resistance, and reinforce adoption
Showcasing Progress and Adoption
Execute a structured demo and showcase strategy, including:
Demo Days
Executive leadership weekly or monthly forums
Enterprise town halls
Domain- and product-level showcases
Highlight successful use cases, analytics innovations, and platform capabilities across the enterprise
Support adoption strategies using defined metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement inputs
This role ensures progress across data platforms, analytics, governance, and AI initiatives is visible, understood, and clearly connected to real business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical or strategic concepts into clear, compelling messages for varied audiences
Proven experience supporting enterprise or business strategy initiatives
Demonstrated expertise in transformational change management within large or complex organizations
Ability to partner effectively with executive leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams
Experience balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, digital, or AI transformation programs
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes
Experience designing and executing large‑scale communication, engagement, and adoption strategies
Familiarity with organizational change frameworks, maturity models, impact assessments, or readiness evaluations
Experience operating in matrixed, enterprise environments
