Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on IVR/contact center technologies.
Strong understanding of IVR call flows, speech recognition, and voice UX design.
Experience with tools like Nuance, Amazon Connect, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and telephony systems.
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
Experience with AI-driven IVR or conversational bots.
Background in contact center operations or customer experience (CX)
