Job Title: Project Manager (IVR Specialist)
Location: Charlotte, NC-Hybrid
Contract
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IVR projects (design, development, deployment)
• Manage project timelines, scope, budget, and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, development, and telecom teams
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Oversee IVR call flow design and optimization
• Ensure smooth integration with CRM, telephony, and backend systems
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong hands-on experience with IVR systems
• Experience with platforms like Genesys, Avaya, or similar
• Knowledge of call flow design, speech recognition, and voice UX
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
