Required Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in
AI/ML, data engineering, or software architecture
Strong programming expertise in
Python
Hands-on experience with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
(OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Proven experience designing and deploying
production-grade AI/GenAI solutions
Strong understanding of:
Machine learning fundamentals
Distributed systems and scalable architecture
Experience with
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ability to lead teams and deliver in
complex enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
Vector databases
(FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
MLOps / LLMOps tools
(MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
RAG architectures and agentic AI systems
Exposure to:
Chatbots, document intelligence, automation, and knowledge assistants
Familiarity with:
Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake
Experience in
regulated industries
(banking, healthcare, insurance)
Knowledge of
AI security and adversarial risks
