We are seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to lead and manage complex capital improvement and engineering projects from inception through completion.
This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution while coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction projects including planning, design, execution, and close-out
Oversee contractors, consultants, design professionals, and project engineers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications
Review design documents for quality, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Monitor construction progress and provide regular status reports
Lead project meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and agencies
Prepare RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, and manage procurement processes
Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and records
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum
5 years of professional experience
in construction/project management
Strong knowledge of construction processes, design standards, and contract administration
Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects and teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
