Senior Construction Project Manager (Seattle)

GeoSearch is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through completion. This role serves as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and contract administration
Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with regulations
Review plans for constructability and provide value engineering input
Evaluate change orders, resolve field issues, and mitigate project risks
Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
Support permitting, approvals, and coordination with public agencies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
15+ years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects (utilities, transportation, water/wastewater, development, etc.)
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and construction-phase projects
Strong background in construction management or construction administration
Knowledge of permitting, zoning, environmental regulations, and contracts
Experience with CPM scheduling
LEED or sustainable design experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
