Land Development Project Manager

Pleasants Development is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead residential land development projects from feasibility through construction and final delivery. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality communities while working with a collaborative, experienced team.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all phases of development: feasibility, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction

Coordinate consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Oversee bidding, contracting, and construction activities to ensure quality and efficiency

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and monthly reporting

Resolve field issues, manage inspections, and support builder and HOA coordination

Partner with senior leadership on approvals, contracts, and project strategy

What We’re Looking For:

Strong project management experience in land development or site infrastructure

Civil Engineering degree and/or background with at least five years of relevant experience

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of permitting, entitlements, and construction processes

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
