An leading homebuilder is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to support residential projects from planning through closeout. This role focuses on permitting, budgeting, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local agencies to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage land development projects from concept through completion
Oversee permitting, entitlements, and regulatory approvals
Track budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams
Assist with construction oversight and issue resolution
Requirements:
3–7+ years of land development experience in homebuilding or civil/site development
Strong understanding of permitting and entitlement processes
Experience managing budgets and project timelines
Local market knowledge preferred
