Job Details
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination and execution.
Manage heavy civil construction projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
Lead projects that include Mass Excavation, Underground Utilities, Drainage, Geotechnical Construction, Paving operations, bridge construction, and structures.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact timelines or budgets.
Lead and motivate project teams for high performance and productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in heavy civil projects.
Proven experience managing Mass Excavation, Underground Utilities, Drainage, Geotechnical Construction, Paving or bridge construction and structures.
Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, construction best practices, codes, regulations and safety standards.
Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management and related software.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
A professional Project Management certification would be an added advantage.
