Heavy Civil Field Foreman

We are looking for a Field Foreman to lead crews in underground construction, including excavation, shoring, and heavy civil work. This role is hands‑on and responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality jobsite execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead and work alongside crews of operators, laborers, and welders
Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within scope
Oversee excavation and shoring installation (trench boxes, slide rail, etc.)
Read and execute plans, specs, and project requirements
Coordinate equipment, materials, and daily jobsite activities
Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and leadership
Complete daily reporting (time, production, safety, equipment)
What You Bring
Experience in underground construction, excavation, and shoring
Ability to lead crews and hold team members accountable
Strong understanding of jobsite safety and compliance
Ability to read plans and manage scope in the field
CDL (A or B preferred)
3G welding certification (or ability to obtain)

Proven ability to run jobs independently
