Head of Demand Generation / Head of Marketing . This is an exciting opportunity to help build and scale their marketing function from the ground up. The role offers autonomy in designing a data-driven acquisition strategy to support sales and drive growth.
This is a full-time permanent remote role, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns, from creative development to automated nurturing and sales handoff.
• Manage and allocate marketing budget across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing, and other channels.
• Lead SEO & AEO initiatives to improve visibility and search rankings.
• Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target enterprise-level R&D organisations.
• Analyse and optimise data to track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution.
Required Experience:
• 1.5+ years of recent experience leading demand generation or growth initiatives at an
enterprise B2B SaaS company , with proven success in automating marketing processes.
• You have built up a marketing function, ideally as the 1st marketing hire & setting the mar-tech stack up from scratch.
