Position Title: AWS Connect Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer (AWS Connect)
Location: Westerville, OH (5 days onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AWS Amazon Connect Engineer to support a large-scale infrastructure migration within the telecom domain. The role involves hands-on development, automation, and migration of Amazon Connect environments, with a strong focus on scripting, cloud services, and IVR systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to migrating Amazon Connect instances within enterprise ecosystems (e.g., financial services environments) while ensuring high availability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Amazon Connect solutions
Participate in migration of Amazon Connect instances across environments
Build and manage
Contact Flows ,
CCP , routing profiles, and queues
Develop and maintain AWS-based backend integrations using:
Lambda
S3
DynamoDB
CloudWatch
Write and maintain automation scripts using Python and/or Node.js
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning and deployment
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Work on IVR systems, especially workforce-related solutions
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Follow ITIL processes and manage incidents via service desk tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
Must Have Skills
2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in
Amazon Connect (AWS)
Experience working as an
AWS Cloud Architect / Engineer
Hands-on experience with:
AWS Lambda
S3
DynamoDB
CloudWatch
Contact Flows
Strong scripting and automation skills
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
