Position Summary
We are seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Generalist to support the L&D team in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs with a focus on L&D program development, leadership development, and project management.
The ideal candidate demonstrates subject matter expertise in leadership theories, frameworks, and best practices—to deliver engaging and impactful leadership training sessions.
This role will collaborate with L&D Program Managers, Training Facilitators, the Instructional Design Team, and various HR teams to ensure the success of learning initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Primary Responsibility: L&D/Leadership Development Program Creation and Delivery:
o Program Creation: Provide subject matter expertise support in the design of leadership development and soft skills programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
o Facilitation Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of leadership theories, frameworks, and best practices to deliver dynamic and impactful training sessions, fostering active participation, meaningful learning, and practical application of leadership skills.
o Program Enhancement: Continuously refine and improve program content and delivery methods based on feedback, emerging trends, and organizational needs.
o Design and implement learning programs aligned with organizational goals, including leadership development initiatives.
o Analyze surveys/training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
o Develop and maintain L&D dashboards to visualize program metrics effectively.
• Project Management:
o Develop and manage project timelines, calendars, and communication plans for L&D initiatives, program operational/administrative support.
o Create/update training materials (presentations, guides, eLearning modules)
o Track progress against KPIs and ensure alignment with program goals.
• LMS Management:
o Manage LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand) for course uploads, reporting, and learner assignments.
o Ensure accuracy of training records and generate completion reports.
• Vendor Management:
o Coordinate with external vendors to integrate services into L&D programs clientmlessly.
• Metrics & Analytics:
o Develop scorecards and quarterly summaries to measure program impact.
o Analyze feedback to refine and improve learning initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in Leadership Development, & Learning & Development with project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Instructional Design, and experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with leadership development frameworks and methodologies.
Experience in creating eLearning modules or training materials
