
Senior Supply Chain Manager (Brevard)

If you enjoy building strong supplier relationships, optimizing processes, and leading teams to success—we’d love to connect with you. In this role, you’ll take ownership of procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient production. Key responsibilities include:
Lead and support the Inventory Control team and Buyers
Oversee procurement, inventory planning, and material availability
Forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of ingredients and components
Partner closely with Operations to proactively address potential delays or challenges
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including sourcing and developing multiple vendors
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to meet company KPIs
Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery standards
Maintain accurate inventory levels, reorder points, and inventory turns
Collaborate with Quality to manage approved supplier lists and ensure compliance
Support production planning by ensuring materials are available for scheduled runs
Maintain accurate production schedules and communicate updates across teams
Partner with Business Development to communicate any production impacts to customers
Manage vendor returns and resolve invoice discrepancies
Develop contract manufacturing agreements with external partners
Maintain accurate Bills of Materials and support documentation within the QMS
Promote and uphold company policies, procedures, and culture
Contribute to a positive, innovative, and solutions-focused work environment
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the business

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
with 3+ years of experience
in a production or manufacturing environment
OR
High school diploma with
6+ years of relevant experience
in food manufacturing/packaging
3+ years of purchasing experience preferred
Experience with ERP/MRP systems required (Sage or similar platforms a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
