Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva. Experience with After Effects is a significant plus.

Direction Experience : Previous experience (academic or freelance) in directing subjects and managing the "look and feel" of a shoot.

Creative Portfolio : A reel or portfolio showcasing both videography and editing skills is mandatory.

Storyboarding : Ability to translate abstract ideas into a visual plan (storyboard/shot list).

Availability : Consistent commitment to 20 hours per week.

Communication : Strong interpersonal skills for directing talent and collaborating with the PFG team.
