Job Description
The Packaging Support Material Handler is responsible for supporting daily packaging and filling operations by managing inventory, organizing components, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of packaging and filling.
Receive, stage, and organize components for packaging primarily but will support filling or formulation as required.
Support Packaging activities pre/post run.
Maintain inventory accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits for packaging, filling, and/or formulation.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Perform SAP transactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Pharmaceutical Experience or Warehouse Experience Preferred.
General awareness in SAP Transactions.
Ability to lift/move 40lbs unassisted.
Ability to operate pallet jacks.
Ability to don scrubs.
Ability to perform tasks in a controlled environment.
Shift
Monday-Wednesday E/O Thursday 6am-6pm
Compensation & Benefits
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.
Hiring Wage: $22/hr, depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
Shift Differential pay is available for this position, and is determined by hours worked on selected shift.
Weekday Day Shift 12HRS – 2.50%
Weekday Night Shift 12HRS – 10%
Weekend Day Shift 12HRS – 12%
Weekend Night Shift 12HRS – 15%
