We are looking for a
#TechTalent
to take on the role of
ServiceNow Administrator
Operations
• Day-to-day management of the running ServiceNow platform including 1st and 2nd and line user administration and configuration activities.
• Creating and maintaining corresponding technical documentation.
Maintenance
• Define an upgrade process and perform twice-yearly platform upgrades, following the ServiceNow release cycle.
• Implement Automated Testing for changes and upgrades.
• Development of stories with low complexity.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow;
Proven experience in implementing solutions on ITSM module;
Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and enterprise service management practices
Proficiency in English (minimum C1)
Excellent communication skills
Certification:
CSA (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator)
