o Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case
Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle
Events).
o Design and configure HR workflows, integrations, and automation using
ServiceNow best practices.
• Platform Governance
o Define and enforce ServiceNow HRSD standards, security, and compliance
requirements.
o Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate
them into technical solutions.
o Provide thought leadership and roadmap planning for HRSD capabilities.
• Integration & Customization
o Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP
SuccessFactors, etc.).
o Develop custom widgets, portals, and reports as needed.
• Team Leadership
o Mentor junior developers and administrators.
o Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for delivery."
