• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ACLs & governance
• Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow mapping
• Hands-on experience with:
• Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs
• Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
• Flow Designer & Workflow Design
• Service Catalog & Integrations
• Experience with ITOM / HRSD/FSM/ CSM (preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Update Sets & Application Lifecycle Management
