Roles and Responsibilities

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ACLs & governance

Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow mapping

Hands‑on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs

Hands‑on experience with Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions

Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer & Workflow Design

Hands‑on experience with Service Catalog & Integrations

Experience with ITOM / HRSD/FSM/CSM (preferred)

Knowledge of CI/CD, Update Sets & Application Lifecycle Management
