Position: ServiceNow Technical Lead
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite from Day 1)

Job Description:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ACLs & governance
Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow mapping
Hands-on experience with:
Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs
Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
Flow Designer & Workflow Design
Service Catalog & Integrations
Experience with ITOM / HRSD/FSM/ CSM (preferred)
Knowledge of CI/CD, Update Sets & Application Lifecycle Management
