Business Development Manager - Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can open doors, build relationships, and drive new revenue in our Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Divisions.

The Role:

This is a front‑line, revenue‑generating position. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for:

Grounds maintenance contracts

HOA multi‑family community services

Commercial property maintenance programs

Snow Services

You will work closely with ownership and operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new Commercial, HOA, and Multi‑Family accounts

Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, board members, and developers

Conduct site walks and needs assessments

Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service programs

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and activity reports

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, property services, construction, or facilities services

Strong communicator with confidence in front of property managers and decision‑makers

Self‑motivated, organized, and hungry to win

Comfortable with cold outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building

Knowledge of commercial landscaping or property maintenance is REQUIRED
