We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Worship Leader to guide our congregation in worship and spiritual growth at our Batesville, Indiana Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background, excellent leadership skills, and a heart for mentoring others in their faith journey. As a Worship Leader, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging worship experience that fosters community and connection within our church.
*Duties*
* Lead congregational worship during our 9am service, ensuring a meaningful and uplifting experience.
* Assist with selection of music that aligns with the church’s vision and message.
* Communicate effectively with the worship director, and volunteer teams, providing clear direction and encouragement.
* Collaborate with leadership team to plan worship services that enhance the overall church experience as needed.
*Qualifications*
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in vocals or instruments.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both the worship team, tech team, and congregation.
* A deep understanding of worship practices and alignment with Community Church theology is essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. xhqgsiq
