Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI to build intelligent, scalable applications including portals, chatbots, and LLM-driven systems. The role involves end-to-end development, model deployment, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable applications using Python with strong OOP principles
Build portals and chatbot solutions leveraging AI/ML and Generative AI
Implement and fine‑tune Large Language Models (LLMs), including RAG architectures
Develop intelligent chatbots and AI‑powered workflows
Create high‑performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask
Design effective prompt engineering strategies and autonomous AI agent workflows
Manage the full machine learning lifecycle, including:
Model versioning using MLflow
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
CI/CD automation
Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams
Deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Databricks
Work with PyTorch (latest version), PySpark, and Python SQL
Support backend environments using Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, and Spring‑based reactive systems
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands‑on experience in Python and Object‑Oriented Programming
Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and Generative AI
Experience with LLMs, RAG, and chatbot development
Strong API development and deployment experience
Hands‑on exposure to MLOps tools and practices
Cloud and big data platform experience
Preferred Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of caching mechanisms
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
Unit testing experience and test case writing (JUnit preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Software development best practices
Clean code and maintainable architecture
