We are seeking a contract Python developer to create and enhance conversational AI chatbots using frameworks like LangChain. This is a remote, project-based 1099 contractor position.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain Python-based chatbots for multiple business use cases.
Integrate intelligent chatbots with upstream and downstream data and systems
Enhance natural language processing performance via frameworks like LangChain
Train chatbot models leveraging machine learning and neural networks
Maintain thorough documentation of chatbot configuration, training and enhancements
Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and share progress.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years professional experience with Python development
Strong grasp of modern chatbot frameworks and libraries (LangChain experience a plus)
Familiarity training AI models including reinforcement learning methodologies
Passion for leveraging NLP and chatbots to improve CX and EX
Eligibility to work in a 1099 capacity with no employer restrictions
