Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must have skills:Change Management, OCM, Planview Products
Change Management Methodologies
- Proven experience leading and executing Organizational Change Management principles and frameworks on complex, cross-functional initiatives
Communication - Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, including presenting to and influencing senior and executive leadership
Relationship building - Proven ability to build trust and influence across multiple disciplines and levels, including the ability to challenge and guide senior stakeholders to drive decision making
Planning - Ability to independently plan, lead, and monitor comprehensive change management strategies and activities within program and portfolio timelines
Analytical skills - Advanced ability to assess change impacts, identify risks and interdependencies, and develop data-driven mitigation strategies and success metrics.
Knowledge and experience with
Planview products, including Project Place and Portfolios
