high-end residential, multifamily developments, and select commercial projects
throughout the Austin area.
The Role:
You’ll play a critical role from concept to construction start, managing:
Conceptual and detailed estimating
Budget development and cost planning
Value engineering
Design coordination with architects, engineers, and owners
Subcontractor bidding and procurement strategy
Scheduling and constructability reviews
Risk assessment and permitting coordination
Project Types:
Luxury custom homes
Large-scale multifamily communities
Mixed-use developments
Retail and office spaces
Light commercial projects
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management
Strong experience in residential and multifamily sectors
Commercial project exposure preferred
Knowledge of Texas construction markets and permitting
Excellent budgeting and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in estimating software and construction management tools
