We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager Accountant with strong, recent public tax and accounting experience to join our team in Michigan. Hybrid or in-office candidates are welcome to apply.
We’re looking for a high-energy, focused, and analytical professional who can deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or Business with an emphasis in Accounting) from an accredited institution
CPA certification required
7–10 years of post-graduate tax or accounting experience preferred
Recent experience with individual and small business clients
Proficiency with QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, and BNA
Position Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual and corporate federal, state, and local tax returns, extensions, projections, and quarterly payments
Provide quarterly and year-end tax planning, recommending strategies for tax efficiency and savings
Correspond with taxing authorities to resolve tax matters
Communicate regularly with clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
Conduct tax research and stay updated on regulatory changes
Contribute to firm growth by maintaining technical knowledge through educational opportunities and professional networks
