We are seeking an
IT Field Technician
based in Dubuque, Iowa. You will be tasked with a variety of duties including management of IT incidents, maintaining computer hardware and software, and supporting both office and manufacturing environments.
This role is on-site in Dubuque, Iowa
This role is a 12-month contract-to-hire
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems, both hardware and software.
Managing and resolving technical issues, including desktops, laptops, network, telecom, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility, and infrastructure.
Providing end-user support and overseeing the Field Operations Team.
Maintaining Windows Active Directory, user security, and network printing.
Creating and updating Knowledge Base documentation.
Managing the IT incident queue and providing support to end-users, either remotely or on-site.
Requirements:
High level customer service and communication.
2 years of experience in the technology support space.
Experience in a Microsoft environment.
