Backfill Support Engineer (Data Center) (Dublin)

Job Summary
We are looking for a

Data Center Support Engineer

for a backfill position to handle

day-to-day data center operations , basic troubleshooting, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor

data center operations and systems
Perform

basic hardware checks

(servers, cables, racks)
Support

network devices (switches, routers)
Handle

cable patching and labeling
Check

power, cooling, UPS, and PDU status
Assist in

troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues
Work with

monitoring tools and ITSM tools
Coordinate with

remote teams and vendors
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of

data center operations
Understanding of

servers, storage, and networking
Familiarity with

ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Basic troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
