Responsible for executing a comprehensive digital experience strategy that drives revenue and delivers on key brand objectives across new product launches, site promotions, DTC exclusive programs, and all other customer-related initiatives for Amore Pacific “Luxe” brands. This role will oversee the Ecommerce Specialist and will work closely with brand marketing, CRM/Email Retention, Customer Service, and performance marketing teams along with other site peers to ensure consistency and growth through all digital channels to execute ecommerce growth plan and digital acceleration roadmap. Responsible for partnering internally with brand marketing teams, sales, demand planning, finance, strategy, creative, and external vendors for digital design, execution, site development and digital marketing. Responsible for overseeing promotion planning and execution, forecasting daily KPIs and sales performance, and leading the comprehensive digital experience strategy for the .com sites.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage planning and execution of monthly promotional and affiliate calendar in conjunction with Sr. Manager to meet brands’ sales objectives.
Measure and report performance across owned email/sms channels in alignment with monthly business analyses.
Oversee email & sms strategy and calendar in conjunction with Specialist as direct report
Implement SEO & onsite search optimizations alongside Sr. Manager partnering closely with relevant agency partners.
Lead site merchandising strategy in partnership with Ecommerce Assistant Manager to ensure customer experience is consistent with industry best practices and optimized based on site performance data to improve brand designated KPIs.
Identify opportunities for optimization and implement A/B testing to improve KPIs across email/sms/site
Submit consultations (promotions, quarterly sample orders, ad hoc invoices) to give visibility to greater leadership, marketing, finance, and demand planning teams
Collaborate with Ecommerce Sr. Manager on product and sample forecasting, S&OP alignment, restocks, new launch promotion planning, discontinuations, and excess inventory depletion as needed with Demand/Planning team.
Develop and manage on-site and digital sample program strategy.
Brief creative photoshoots to ensure content needs are met and align with brand identity and resonate with target audience
Actively collaborate with brand marketing teams to deliver strong ecommerce growth and best-in-class brand experiences with new seasonal launch products/collections assets, promotions, and marketing programs.
Act as main point of contact for CRM counterpart to define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy and ongoing loyalty activations and promotions.
Collaborate with Ecommerce Asst Manager/Sr. Manager on Paid Media strategy and performance [AP.com only] to ensure site traffic goals are met to meet sales projections and all promotions and product focuses ae being emphasized
Collaborate with other ecommerce managers to exchange best practices and leverage shared digital eco-system and digital innovation pilot programs.
Stay up-to-date with competition, ecommerce and digital marketing technology and opportunities
At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management, online retail, or project management
Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
Understanding of the digital marketing & e-commerce business in North America
Shopify or similar CMS experience required
Ability to translate creative and content needs into technical requirements
Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
Google Analytics platform experience required
Working knowledge of HTML / CSS
Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
BA in Business, Digital Marketing, Sales or equivalent require
