Job Summary
Finance Analytics Manager, Global Skin Health.
You will develop financial analytics and reporting across the Global Skin Health business to support senior decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
Create and automate global reporting for Net Sales performance, Profit and Loss Statements, Cash Generation, Net Working Capital, Innovation Performance, and margin drivers.
Maintain and enhance a monthly automated reporting suite across the business.
Interpret business drivers and customer needs to provide insights for sustainable growth.
Support the VP Finance during formal business reviews and prepare consolidation materials.
Provide finance oversight of investment budgets for Global Innovation and Brand Experience teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field.
4+ years of experience in a finance role.
Capability in advanced data analytics.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Business Apps.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree and/or formal Accounting qualification.
Hands‑on experience in SAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to incorporate AI into reporting and dashboards.
Ambitious, proactive, and willing to challenge viewpoints.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Location & Travel
Scottsdale, AZ; 4 days per week in person in our Scottsdale office; no relocation assistance offered; up to 10% travel.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 – $155,000 USD.
