Full Circle Electronics is a national IT asset disposition and electronics lifecycle company helping organizations securely manage, recycle, refurbish, and monetize end-of-life technology assets.

We are hiring a Business Development Manager in Phoenix. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role responsible for selling FCE services to local businesses, healthcare systems, municipalities, schools, and enterprise accounts. This role reports directly to the SVP of Sales and plays a critical part in fueling facility growth and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

Prospect and win new local accounts that generate inbound product volume

Build relationships with hospitals, government agencies, school systems, banks, law firms and commercial businesses

Identify refresh cycles and asset disposition opportunities within your territory

Use CRM tools and reporting to manage pipeline and drive performance

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

Strong hunter mentality with proven revenue generation success

Comfort selling hardware-based or industrial solutions (ITAD experience is a plus)

Ability to understand asset value, product components, and technical hardware environments

Experience in healthcare, government, industrial, or commercial sectors is highly attractive

Proficiency using CRM and sales reporting tools
