WiFi / Wi-Fi Network Engineer positions
Joining massive connectivity/communications organization
Position(s) are on-site in Englewood, CO (relocation candidates will be considered)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participates in wireless network planning, wireless network architecture design and engineering.
Integrates and schematically depicts communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete wireless network configurations.
Evaluates new products, performs wireless network problem resolution.
Develops and implements approved methods of procedure.
Designs, develops and implements wireless network enhancements and makes recommendations for improvement.
Two WiFi Engineering roles - Wireless Engineer II and III
3+ years with Wi-Fi Experience, or related experience working with hardware in a lab/testing environment
Experienced with testing equipment and test methodologies
Lab testing of hardware (CPE preferred)
In depth knowledge of the 802.11 protocol (able to speak on differences and features)
Experience creating test cases that investigate and validate HW compliance with 802.11 protocols and features
Linux and/or Command Line functions
