The role is motivated to make IT happen and supports growth through certification and hands-on training. This is a full-time regular position with remote work available and occasional onsite support at the Downers Grove, IL headquarters.
Job Network Engineer – Job ID 2026-5007 • Type: Regular FTE • Location: US-IL-Downers Grove
Responsibilities Provide network support and administrative functions for Sentinel's national customer.
Maintain a detail-oriented, technically solid, customer-focused approach.
Participate in an on-call rotation every 5–6 weeks.
Remote work with occasional onsite support at Downers Grove, IL headquarters.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a network engineer or similar role.
CCNA certification is required.
CCNP certification is a plus.
Experience with Cisco, F5, Palo Alto and Meraki is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with a ticketing system; ServiceNow preferred.
Must have a car; travel between locations and equipment transport may be required.
Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required.
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $70,000-$95,000 annually.
