Overview Network Engineer (3 Positions) — Scottsdale, AZ. Duration: 6 months. Local candidates preferred.
Responsibilities Administration functions
Cross team interactions
Performance tuning
Participate in planning and roadmaps
Good communication and client facing skills
Required skills Experience with routing, switching, firewalls and support of Cisco, Juniper and Arista environments
ISSCI interfaces and Storage tier
Ability to work with external application load balancing – VPN management
Understands the difference between network switches
Understands VPN – endpoint works at customer sites – handle mapping
Load balancing
Firewall configuration
Deep network understanding – across Industry Providers
Admin skills associated with HW – HPN switches
HW firewalls – setup and administration
Network architecture go-forward plans – participate in roadmap discussions and upgrade planning
Architect level body to lead road maps and upgrades planning
Qualifications BS Degree
