We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks.
Responsibilities
Configure and install network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
Implement LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
Manage IP addressing, VLANs, and subnetting
Monitor network performance and uptime
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades
Use tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, or Nagios
Diagnose and resolve network issues (L1–L3)
Support users with connectivity problems
Work with ISPs/vendors to resolve outages
Configure firewalls and access control lists (ACLs)
Implement network security best practices
Monitor for vulnerabilities and threats
Documentation
Maintain network diagrams and documentation
Create SOPs and incident reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Entry Level: 0–2 years (internships count)
Mid Level: 3–5 years in networking roles
Strong understanding of:
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP – basic to intermediate)
Switching (VLANs, STP)
Hands-on with:
Familiarity with:
Network monitoring tools
CCNA (highly preferred for entry level)
CCNP (for mid-level roles)
CompTIA Network+
Security+ (for security-focused roles)
