Develops and implements advanced network monitoring, management and troubleshooting systems and tools. Performs rapid troubleshooting and resolution of system wide issues. Leverages advanced skills to assist and mentor other team members and in support of departmental goals. Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. Experience interfacing with Executive Leadership desired. Five years experience or advanced certifications in networking. Advanced knowledge of network routing and switching hardware, as well as network security equipment and best practices. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license.
