Paint Assistant Aerospace Manufacturing

We are hiring a dependable Paint Assistant to support our aerospace painting operations. This role involves preparing parts for coating, assisting painters with mixing and labeling, maintaining the paint shop, and managing hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Part Preparation: Clean, hand-sand, and solvent-clean parts before painting.
2. Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean paint shop and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
3. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.
• Ability to lift, sand, and stand for extended periods.

Pre-employment background check and drug screening required. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7a-3:30 pm with some OT required. This is a temporary to hire position!
