Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Contractor to support a project team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
Lead project execution and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards
Required Skills
6–9+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong experience in Contact Center platforms such as Genesys Cloud mandatory
Proven experience managing enterprise CRM or customer service systems
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies
Experience managing cross-functional and global teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with SAP C4C
