Grant Accountant
with strong background in
federal grant management, healthcare finance, and compliance .
This role focuses on
post-award grant accounting, SEFA reporting, PMS drawdowns, GAAP compliance, audit preparation, budgeting, and financial reporting .
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000–$80,000

Key Responsibilities
Manage federal, state, and private grant accounting
Prepare grant expenditure reports and ensure funding compliance
Perform SEFA reconciliation for annual audit
Process Payment Management System (PMS) drawdowns
Track grant receivables
Assist with annual budget development and forecasting
Support audit preparation and respond to auditor requests
Maintain fixed asset schedules
Assist with accounts receivable reconciliation
Backup support for AP, payroll, deposits, and monthly close
Non Profit - Grant Management - Grant Tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years accounting experience preferred
Grant accounting experience strongly preferred
Healthcare accounting experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, 340B a plus
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar
