Key Responsibilities
Manage grant budgets, expenditure tracking, and compliance reporting
Prepare grant billings, drawdowns, reimbursements, and receivable tracking
Support month-end close through journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Perform balance sheet reconciliations related to grants, receivables, and deferred revenue
Prepare grant financial reports and support audits and funder reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of accounting experience, with nonprofit or grant accounting exposure
Experience with accounts receivable, month-end close, and reconciliations
Working knowledge of grant compliance requirements (federal, state, or private)
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
