We are currently looking to hire an Environmental Tech/Degreaser-Wastewater Operator for a large manufacturing company located in the Eclectic area.

The Degreaser System and Wastewater Treatment Operator is responsible for the effective operation of industrial cleaning and degreasing equipment to remove oils and contaminants from metal components prior to finishing or assembly. Additionally, the operator oversees the onsite wastewater treatment system, ensuring all effluent water complies with local, state, and federal environmental regulations before being discharged.

- $17.00 hourly

What you'll do as: Degreaser and Wastewater Operator

- Operate automated degreasing system

- Monitor chemical pumps and levels

- Perform titration tests

- Maintain accurate logs/records

- Handle hazardous chemicals safely

Preferred Candidate Might:

- 1-3 years in industrial manufacturing

- Experience with metal finishing

- Knowledge of environmental regulations

- Ability to perform jar tests

- Basic maintenance skills
