Compensation: $22.00 per hour paid weekly

Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 PM 7:00 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Mill Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Crookston, MN. In this role, youll help maintain production equipment and ensure smooth operations in a clean, organized environment. What Youll Do as a Machine Mill Operator:

• Maintain assigned work areas at a high level of cleanliness and organization
• Operate and maintain production line equipment when Operator II is absent
• Load and unload tandem trucks at elevators or storage sites
• Assist with training employees and learn Operator II responsibilities
• Monitor rolling stock and storage sites for accurate bin and grain handling status
• Bag 2550 lb sunflower product continuously
• Complete all assigned paperwork accurately each day
• Promote communication between departments and maintain safety standards

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Mill Operator Role:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous food industry experience
• Knowledge of GMP work environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of equipment such as: Electronic Color Sorter, Gravities, Destoner, Electronic Scales, Package Filling Equipment, Sewing Machines, Computers
