AI Adventure is one of the fastest-growing youth AI programs in Greater Milwaukee. 220+ students served. 90–100% re-enrollment. Consistent 5-star parent feedback. We are on a mission to help young people understand AI safely and responsibly while inspiring future-ready skills like critical thinking and problem-solving.
We are hiring
Program Leads
to run high-quality in-person summer camps and after-school programs.
You lead every session.
Run engaging, fun and structured programs for elementary students
Facilitate AI projects: Games, quizzes, creative builds etc.
Lead critical thinking discussions and safe AI use
Manage Program Assistants when assigned
Keep students engaged, focused, and having fun
Represent AI Adventure professionally with partners and parents
All curriculum, tools, and training are provided.
You will gain valuable experience facilitating AI tools, leading student teams, strengthening critical thinking, and building skills that transfer directly to careers in business, tech, engineering, education, or startups.
Ideal for motivated educators or university students looking for
impactful, resume-relevant work
in AI, tech, education, or youth leadership.

Who This Role Is Best Suited For

High-Performing University Students or Educators:
Prior experience in classrooms, tutoring, coaching, or youth programs.

Interested in AI, tech, or entrepreneurship and confident taking initiative.

Elementary-Age Focused:
Comfortable leading and engaging younger students.
·
Local & Reliable:
Able to travel to Mequon, Fox Point, and Whitefish Bay and eligible to pass a background check.
Schedule (Priority Needs)
Summer Programs (Priority):
Monday – Thursday | 9 AM – 12 PM or 1 PM – 4 PM.
Critical Dates:
July 27 – August 13.
Additional Needs:
School-out days (next date: 5/22) and Fall 2026 after-school sessions.
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive Pay: $35–$50/hour (depending on experience) + BONUS
