Role Description

The Audio Technician will prepare and operate audio and video livestreaming equipment for all worship services at Atonement, currently three Sunday services during the program year and two during the summer, as well as various midweek services (e.g. midweek Lent, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, Holy Week), supporting both traditional and contemporary musicians, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Essential Functions

Operate sound and livestreaming equipment for assigned worship services
Perform equipment checks before worship services
Ensure that sound design integrity and performance are maintained throughout worship services
Help worship participants, lead musicians, and music ensembles with set-up/tear down of sound equipment
Assist with maintenance of audio equipment
Communicate in a clear, concise, and timely manner with pastors, lead musicians, and other staff and volunteers
Maintain cleanliness and order in the AV booth
