Role Description
AQL Technologies is seeking a high-performing ServiceNow Business Development Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expand our ServiceNow consulting practice. This role is focused on hunting new business, building pipeline, and closing deals across IT and Customer Workflows, and managed services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Drive net-new ServiceNow business development (hunter role)
Generate and qualify leads through outbound and networking efforts
Build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and ServiceNow stakeholders
Position AQL’s ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, FSM, CSM, CMDB, Managed Services)
Develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution positioning
Collaborate with technical teams to craft winning solutions
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Required Experience
3+ years of ServiceNow sales/business development experience
Proven track record of closing ServiceNow deals acquiring new client logos
Experience working with ServiceNow partners or consulting firms
Strong understanding of IT and customer ServiceNow worfklows
Experience selling implementations, managed services, support models
Must-Have Skills
Strong “hunter” mindset (not account manager)
Ability to generate pipeline independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience engaging with C-level and IT leadership
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
