Job Title: Project Manager / Business analyst
Job Location: Austin, TX, or Cupertino, CA
Role Summary: We are seeking a hybrid Project Manager and Business Analyst to lead and execute Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing end-to-end delivery while performing detailed data analysis to support future-state data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management for MDM initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Perform current-state vs future-state gap analysis and assess business impacts.
· Drive stakeholder alignment through workshops, governance forums, and executive status reporting.
· Analyze data availability, structure, and quality; translate findings into clear requirements.
· Define requirements for data integration, migration, transformation, and mapping.
· Manage and participate in data validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Skill Set (Filtering Criteria)
· Project Management (Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
· Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
· Business & Impact Analysis, requirements gathering.
· Strong SQL and Python for data analysis.
· Data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI definition.
· Experience with analytics platforms (Snowflake, Hadoop, or Spark).
· BI tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or equivalent.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
